Key Responsibilities
- Financial Accounting: Take full responsibility for our accounting processes, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank transactions, general ledger, and asset accounting.
- Payment Transactions & Dunning: Oversee and manage payment transactions, ensuring smooth operations and handling dunning procedures efficiently.
- Process Optimization: Build and continuously improve accounting and procurement processes in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.
- Point of Contact: Act as a key liaison between our team and external stakeholders, such as tax advisors, auditors, and authorities, ensuring smooth communication and compliance.
Qualifications
- Completed commercial training or a relevant qualification in accounting or finance.
- Several years of professional experience in accounting, ideally in a manufacturing environment.
- Solid understanding of financial accounting and balance sheet preparation.
- Good to excellent knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken, is an advantage.
- Strong experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills are a plus.
- A deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities in a startup or rapidly growing company.
